About Us

Jane Bell and Bobbie Holloway met in Egypt in 1995. Although they came from very different backgrounds and life experiences, it became clear to them and everyone around them that they share a deep Soul connection and love. As Bobbie found her way to San Francisco from Sonora for Jane’s bi-monthly healing circles, they discovered the depth of love between them and their passion for Spirit. Bobbie began to join Jane and Nicki Scully on their journeys to Egypt becoming an essential part of the trips.

As Jane and Bobbie deepened their commitments to Self-Realization, they began a course of study with Leslie Temple Thurston of Corelight, a mentor and guide in the process of self discovery. Under Leslie’s tutelage, Jane and Bobbie began teaching and sharing their own gifts with others. As a result, Presence of Heart was born in December of 2002.

Bobbie Holloway has been a gifted intuitive since childhood. Her talents as an energetic healer brought her to study many forms of massage therapy, which she currently practices. She spent 14 years as a chemical dependency counselor dealing with the issues of relapse and life patterns. Bobbie loves the outdoors, all four legged critters, and to make people laugh. She resides and works in both Sonora and San Francisco, California.

Jane Bell began her spiritual journey in 1977 when she became a serious student of meditation. In 1989, she quit her corporate life to merge her heart and her path. Experiencing a spiritual epiphany in Egypt in 1992, she became a student and eventual partner to Nicki Scully of Shamanic Journeys where she lead tours to Egypt and Peru. Jane became a Focusing Trainer in 1996 and is currently a certifying coordinator with the Focusing Institute. Her interest in building spiritual community inspired her healing circle, which she held in her home faithfully for 4 years. She currently teaches workshops in Focusing, manifestation, metaphysics and self–discovery. Jane and her husband Gary live in San Francisco, California and Hoedspruit, South Africa.
